Are their any bonus miles to a card holder for a referral to a United First USA credit card. How would I go about getting the referral bonus? Is their a form I need to fill out for my friend who will be applying?

Periodically we got a 'stuffer' with the monthly statement as the means to invite someone to apply. I think the old bonus was 1000 miles when new card is approved.

You might want to call 1-800-537-7783 and ask if there is any other way.

Just opened the May Statement to find the "stuffer" referred to in my last post.

The offer is for 5000 to you and 15000 to your friend (after 1st purchase). You can refer up to three.

Although they sent three little 'aps'. the instructions imply that when your friend calls 1-800-297-4691 to sign up, they will be asked to give a Mileage Plus Number of the referer (you).

If you will e-mail me your mail address, I will send the form to you, but it should work fine without the form.
