Why isn't Chase Bank listed on Visa's list of banks that carry their credit cards?

Because my experience, and the experience of a number of friends of mine is that Chase is a horrible bank to deal with. See www.chasebanksucks.com for further testimony.

Although the above is not the answer to your question, it represents my opinion about Chase, and I would encourage you to avoid doing business with them. I have not done so for several years now. In a joking way, this might be an answer as to why Chase is not listed...
