I ordered this item yesterday and got a Chase email that the order has been placed and will be shipped. However, I have not since received any follow-up emails about shipping status or a tracking number. Is that normal with The Shops at Chase? How long did it take for you to receive the product?

I'll be curious if Shops at Chase does any kind of sale this weekend. I clicked a Chase offer for $250 off a Tumi purchase over $500 at the Shops. I've got my eye on a carry-on currently priced at $750. It's already a pretty good deal at $750-$250=$500 (free shipping). It'd be terrific if there's any sort of Black Friday discount. We'll see soon.
ETA: I ended up buying this Tumi carry-on directly from Tumi.com. They had a Black Friday sale there, but there was no sale on Shops at Chase. Even with the $250 Chase offer, it was about $50 cheaper for me to buy directly from Tumi. Bottom line is the Shops at Chase prices seem to be consistently high. There's a very good chance you can find a better deal elsewhere. And if you have the $250 statement credit for $75k spending, it's probably best to use that for something that costs around $250 on the site. |
Ordered AirPods on November 15, and it still hasn't shipped. I check the online account page and it says "ships within 19-26 days"....
My biggest concern with this whole rebrand was that it was going to be a kit of scams with undocumented asterisks and exceptions. This is proving to be mostly true. I am sure I will eventually get my Airpods, but I am unsure why it takes two months to do so. With every "benefit" that I am trying to use, there is always some caveat that leaves a sour taste in my mouth. |

Trying to figure out how to use the $250 credit for the Shops and Chase. It looks like they sell apple products and I need a new phone as my old one is dying. Seems like a good value? Any downside I am missing there?

That said, you've got $250 of play money to work with. Even if your $250 purchase on the site is really only worth half that, you're $125 to the good. |

The general sense here is that prices at Shops at Chase are full retail and maybe even inflated beyond that. For any item you're considering, search elsewhere to see what the real price is.

From what I can see, the Apple products are priced the same as direct through Apple's website

Some movement. My FedEX app shows two labels created this morning by Apple.

Yeah. I rarely find discounts for current Apple products, so this feels like a good use of the credit
I bought an apple iPad mini over Black Friday from Amazon with a $100 discount, Apple Store had no discount but they gave you a credit for the same amount. Chase Shop only has the most expensive iPad mini with cellular and 256k at over $600. |
