"Shop Through Chase" Points not posting
Hi Everyone -
I made a purchase via the "Shop Through Chase" portal but I never received the Shop Through Chase points from the purchase. The Chase Sapphire customer service line has NOT been helpful as I believe the "Shop Through Chase" program is run separately. Does anyone have a number I can call or have any advice for this? I made a large purchase so there is a good amount of points involved. Many thanks, G |
Shop Through Chase is operated by Catera Commerce which is owned by Rakuten, and they have some financial challenges: https://www.japantimes.co.jp/busines.../rakuten-loss/
If it has been at least 60 days since the purchase, I would contact Chase customer service, in writing, using the SM system and provide the required information: What if it's been more than 60 days since I made a purchase and my bonus points still haven't posted to my account? Contact us with the following information: the date of transaction, items ordered, store name, order number, and amount of your purchase (before taxes and shipping). NOTE: We can only research orders that were made within the past 180 days. Merchants will not address order inquiries that are older than 6 months or 180 days. |
