I'm going to add the CSP...given the recent speculation about upcoming improved benefits, is there any benefit to waiting to sign up, or should I jump on the 100k signup bonus now while it's still there? Did some searching on other forums and don't believe this has been discussed yet. Much appreciated.

I would guess the annual fee may increase to $149, but there are a plethora of cards offered at $95, so not sure if that would make sense from a business standpoint. Only time will tell.
I'm debating if I should apply for it now with the 100K offer, or try my luck and wait until August 15th.

I'm pretty sure it would be the Chase Travel Portal agency paying this, not the bank. Is 10% travel agency rebate earth-shaking? Do they have decent prices?
Of all the Chase cards i like my Ritz Carlton best. Even though it's $450 you immediately get a $300 airline credit which SW and AA gift cards slip through on, Priority Pass good for 5 people, annual free 50K night, 5 free suite upgrade coupons/year, Marriott status, primary auto insurance, etc. It's not for "new" applicants but if you get this CSP you're allowed to switch to it after the 1st year....another perk of this deal. I'd suggest people think of switching after 1 year and then in 4 years you're virgin for another CSP bonus.

Didn’t Chase test out a few years ago a $150 annual fee on the CSP? Not saying it’s going to happen, but they’ve already dabbled with increased AFs before and settled on taking benefits away.

CSP Changes:
- 5x points on travels booked through UR Portal
- 3x points on categories: restaurants; select streaming services; online grocery (excluding Target®, Walmart® and wholesale clubs).
- 10% anniversary points bonus: 10% of USD amount spent- $50 Annual Hotel Credit, on hotel bookings made through the UR portal
Seems like changes go in effect August 15? Perhaps a new AF?

Did Chase perhaps change the document between when you saw it and when I saw it? When I followed the link, I could not find anything about an anniversary points bonus (I searched for the word anniversary), or an Annual Hotel Credit (I searched for annual and then credit and none of the hits seemed pertinent), or a grocery credit of any kind (I searched for grocery and online). Also, the document that the link opened has a date 01/20/21.
