If you have an Ink Cash, shop Costco and converted your Freedom Visa to a Flex MasterCard then it is not so good. Shrug.

Wow... 5% back at Costco! There has to be a low limit on that one I'd think. I heard from a Costco employee that Visa made a special deal with them and don't charge Costco any merchant fee. Not sure if it's true but that would be pretty amazing..... and would mean there is nothing to offset the 5%.

Freedom and Flex quarterly offers are always capped at $1,500 spend.
Costco's agreement with VISA and Citi is complicated, and while Costco's "net" cost is reportedly zero, that does not mean that the card issuer isn't paid. In any event, bear in mind that many people carry a balance, and there are finance charges to offset these offers.

Yawn..... (not saying I won't max it - but if their goal is engagement, I don't see how this works). 2 of the 3 are set and forget it charges, they hope.

I need to figure out if my local Sam's Clubs still stock MCGCs... that was quite a deal 2 years ago when it was 5x on the freedom, and Sam's was on Uber Visa local offers (believe this program has been discontinued) and Dosh. Was basically earning 15x-ish.
Not too amazing otherwise because I use my USB Altitude Reserve at Costco now since it earns 3x points for using mobile wallet.
