Yes. I’ve never seen AS flights listed online on either site.

It's funny that NH shows award flights so well, but other sites are so poor.

BA’s US Executive Club 800 number just goes to the US office which is open only a shade more than bankers hours. But you should always get more than “never picked up” if you dialed the correct number. SQ’s US number will go to the Philippines or Singapore and works 24/7.
