Flying from Texas to Philippines w/UR

I am trying to fly to Manila, Philippines from Texas in Business Class. What is the best and most cost-effective way to book an award ticket with Chase Points?

I know this is flying out of San Fransisco, but we are willing to fly to San Fransisco first if we are able to book business class with our points. From what I could see there is not pure business class flights from Dallas or Houston. Its usually a mixture of economy seats and business class.

Any other help on this would be much appreciated!

awardhacker.com says Korean Air flies from DFW-MNL in business class for 150K UR points r/t during off peak times. One stop in Seoul.

A dummy booking on KE website shows you could depart on 21 Nov and return on 7 Dec for 150K UR points plus $211.00 (per ticket.)
