Chase.com showing old accounts
 

When I log in to Chase.com, it always seems to show old accounts that have been closed for a long time (at least a year). Does anyone know if these old accounts eventually drop off the list? I have hidden them in my Settings, but I'm wondering if they have any other impacts I'm not aware of (like 5/24 or something like that).

The cobranded cards will eventually drop off, but I don't think the Chase branded ones (i.e. Sapphire, Freedom) ever do. I still have an old Freedom card on there that was closed almost a decade ago.

You can choose to hide or show accounts on the Chase website. All of my cards are on the business online account, so I don't know how to choose the option on the personal site. If there is a search function, type in hide account.

So yes, you can customize the website only to show your current credit cards if you wish to do so.
