When you click to apply you will see this in the Certifications section:

10) The new Cardmember bonus offer is only available if I do not have this card and have not received a new Cardmember bonus for this card in the past 24 months.
...but as beltway notes, Chase is reported not to enforce this provision on INK branded cards.

Thanks, sounds like the regular close and wait 31 days to apply again or I may just play it safe and get to 24 months which is only an additional month.

You can but it's not necessary. In fact, you don't even need to close the first Ink Cash.

I have a Ink Cash card but want to apply to get that big bonus.
You're saying I could apply for another Ink Cash even though I have one AND get the bonus again? Just change the name of the business?

No, don't do this. If you apply with any company name other than your own First and Last name, Chase will seek to verify that the business exists by searching public records for a company or Fictitious Name registration.

Did you have a balance owed on the first CIC? What was the time period from 1st to 2nd CIC app and the time from your last cc to 2nd CIC app?

Trying to debate applying for this one vs the Hilton AmEx Biz card with a huge 165K sub and free night with $15K spend.
I already have the Biz Unlimited card, but this card would give me a slight bump on fuel purchases for my biz (1.5x vs 2x). Also much better bump for cell phone though that doesnt add up to much for a full year.

Tried a brand new CIC at Staples for a couple GCs (1st purch). Declined and got text, replied yes, got acknowledgement, tried again, still denied. Called Chase, card is locked, fraud dept closed. Transaction not possible today.

That is strange because my 1st spend on CIU was almost $3K online, (paid a cruise with the payment handled by our agent directly on the cruise line's portal), went right thru while our agent was worried hence she stayed on the phone to see how the payment went. I got text message on the transaction before our agent said, "It went thru!" I did tell her about this being a brand new card that Chase might block it. Instead it sailed thru within 1 second.

Chase Ink Business Cash

Question - will buying an Amazon gift card at Office Depot generate 5% of points and will such a purchase raise suspicion from Chase?

Thanks
