I remember that WAG accepts Android Payments since I got several $5 GCs from the previous AXP sync $5/$5 wyu Android Pay. The VGCs with $5.95 fees for $500 vanillas will come up with higher profits than buying the $200's with $5.95 fees at Best Buy. However, for those who are reaching for Elite/Elite+ status and get valuable BBY pts for certificates, buying them at the latter store is the better deal.

How is buying Amazon gift card profitable?

Maybe I am missing something, but why would you do that? You can earn 5% back on Amazon purchases directly simply by using the Amazon credit card (by Chase) or the Amazon store card (very easy to get). Using the Freedom Q1 to buy the Amazon gift cards would just be throwing away a $75 opportunity. Or do you have a frictionless (or very low friction) way of turning Amazon gift cards into cash?

5% = 5 cents exactly

5 UR points may be worth 10 cents, or more, depending on which Chase cards you hold, and how you redeem them

Google Fi?

Chase Ink cards do not earn 5x for Google Fi. Anyone know if this is also true for the Freedom quarterly bonus?

So you get the Chase app for the Chase pay to work...? How do you know whether or not your phone is compatible for Chase pay?

You must have the Ink Business Preferred (3x, 1x). Mine is the Ink Plus (5x, 2x, 1x). Confusing abbreviations. My question is still open.

If you can download/install the ChasePay app and you have Chase cards that qualify for CP and you can log in to your acct via CP app, that means it'll work when you use it to pay. You may have several Chase cards in your "wallet" that you have to choose from when making a payment. You know ChasePay was successful when it posts as Sale:ChasePay to your account.

I think that only happens for in-person and in-app transactions. My Walmart.com purchase using Chase Pay only shows "Sale" (but does show that I received the extra bonus points for using it).

Honestly, most grocery stores take contactless now. The only major holdouts that I know of (at least around here) are Walmart and Kroger.

Of course, that won't help if the only ones available in your area are one of those.

Wal what? Fortunately, both Walmart and Kroger represent only a handful of obscure, mom and pop shops that nobody has ever heard of. Their absence won't be felt. Whew!
