JMPR/Infinite Concierge v. Palladium Concierge
So I have access to both the JP Morgan Palladium and the JP Morgan Reserve concierges and decided to see which one is better, given my upcoming trip.
For those in a similar situation, the Palladium service is much better for 2 reasons. First, the concierge number is listed on the Palladium card. In contrast, the JPMR doesn't list the number on the card. So if you're like me, you have to first call the JPMR customer service and get transferred over to the JPMR/Infinite concierge number. Second, once you're dialed into the JPMR/Infinite concierge number, you have to hit a bunch of buttons until you're connected to a real person. In contrast, dialing the Palladium number takes you immediately to a real person (well, you do have to select English/Spanish, which is slightly annoying). The JPMR is directed to those with 10M in assets with Chase. I'm not sure why Chase thinks it's a good idea to give them a run-around for their credit card concierge service, especially when they already know how to do better with Palladium. Here are the direct concierge numbers. Palladium - 800-588-2857 JPMR - 877-660-0905 (unlisted) |
Did you test them out as to whether they could service your needs?

For JPMR, after getting transferred and presented with various keypad options and not getting a representative quickly, I just hung up as it wouldn't be practicable for use in the future. |
