However, later the same day I also requested the credit by Secure Message (for "baggage fees) and it was approved. Very YMMV now but still doable. 2/10/2017
Southwest Airlines GCs work fairly easily. I've generally bought them for $150 and said they're excess baggage fees.

I got the credit line reduced to $1500 but annual fee was not credited even after 3 days. This is the annual fee which was charged in 3rd year.
What is the number you guys called for retention offer? I called the regular JP Morgan customer service and they informed me that there are no offers at this point

Doubt they purge. They'd just start charging you going forward.

Just got approval for the Ritz Carlton CC on 7/24 but my SM request for the third night offer was declined. Is it possible to send another SM or call in or am I out of luck?

AFAIK all messages are available to them so they'll probably see that the previous CSR declined the request. However, I'm pretty sure they use some master list to see what offers are still available to match to, so if they declined it once they probably will again. That was what we saw with matching from the previous 2 night offer to the 140k points offer. Once day they just started declining all requests.
