What's the difference between the Ink Bold & Ink Plus cards?
Ink Bold is no longer available. It was a charge card (pay balance in full each month), but it has been discontinued and many accounts were converted to Ink Plus cards with the same account numbers.

Ink Plus is a revolving credit card. It allows you to earn and redeem Chase Ultimate Rewards points (including transfering UR points to air/hotel/rail partners).
What are the best current Ink Plus offers?

The Ink Plus card is no longer available for new applicants. There is a separate thread for The Ink Business Preferred card.

Links for non-targeted Ink Plus 60K offer ($5,000 spend/3 months; annual $95 fee not waived)
There is a report of a 70k offer for the Chase Ink Plus available only through your local Chase Bank office, extended to August 20, 2016. If you recently accepted the 60K offer, you may be able to get the extra 10K simply by asking for it.

There is a no-fee, UR-earning Ink Cash card: https://creditcards.chase.com/ink-bu.../ink-cash-card

How long should I wait after closing my card before applying again for the same card?

See the wiki & current discussion at Applying for Chase Credit Cards, 2017 onward.
Are there special earning categories?
Yes. You earn 5 points per dollar on the first $50,000 spent annually at office supply stores, and on cellular phone, landline, internet, and cable TV services. (Sirius XM Radio also qualifies.)

In addition, you earn 2 points per dollar on the first $50,000 spent annually at gas stations and for hotel accommodations when purchased directly from the hotel.

NOT ALL Ink cards earn the 5x and 2x bonus categories above. Not "Old Ink Bold" that earns 7,500 bonus points for $25,000 spend, 15,000 points for $50,000, and 25,000 points for $100,000 spend.

Where can I find the Ink Plus Guide to Benefits?
What are the rules for transferring UR points to other users or to my own air/hotel/rail accounts?
Closing Ink Plus cards
It is possible to pay the annual fee for the Chase Ink Plus business card, then close the account and get a refund of the fee up to 6 months after it was charged. This provides a total of 18 months of earning up to 5X points for free. Make sure your points are transferred out (either to another UR account owned by you or a spouse, or to an air/hotel partner) before you close the account.

There's no difference to you with the current available offers. There's no reason not to use a referral link right now.

Thank you! I just applied, got the "2 weeks" message from the automated system, I guess I'll just have to wait...

I am trying to determine when I got the bonus for my original CIP, which I canceled a year later (Dec 2017) and so don't have access to online statements anymore. My big spending to meet minimum for bonus stopped on 2/14/2017 (I have an xls list of spending but not UR). I don't know when my statement date was nor when the bonus posted. If we assume safest option for new bonus/app, would it be fair to say that I would be eligible for bonus again on Apr 1?

Is it possible for Chase to send me statements (that include UR activity) for a card that is now closed? Would an annual statement have dates URs posted?

If I still have my Ink Plus and recently got the ink cash, can I product change the plus into a cash and now have two cash's? I don't need the extra space of OSS on my plus for $95 a year especially since I just got a cash recently and would hypothetically have another with a PC. My only fear is that they discontinue the OSS category on the cash leaving only the discontinued plus with the benefit.

Not sure if this is the right place to post it or if anyone cares, if you do a lot of label printing for your business, 48hourprint.com coded as office supplies and gave me a 5x bonus on my CIC.

Discussion of Chase converting certain business card accounts, which Chase believes are government related, to INK Capital has been moved to a separate thread:

Pleasant surprise today. I applied for the Ink Business Cash card last week with my SS#. Received the under further review message. Got the mail today and there was my new Ink Business Cash card. Never received and email or anything saying that I was approved, it just showed up. I was happy.

A family member just received approval for the Chase Ink Cash card. Initial was denied for too many CCs. But called in to disclose that some are just AUs for benefits. The new CL is still low. But better than the Freedom card that has a very low CL. The business is true and established.

The credit file is very thin. This is the 5th card all together and the 2nd card with Chase. The Ink card is the only card missing for us. We'll just build upon those CCs and do not have plan to open more CLs...

For the Ink Cash, do we get 50k URs or $500 cash? I'd prefer URs of course.

All Chase Ink/Sapphire/Freedom branded cards use the same UR pts system

You can move pts around between your cards as you like -- you can also move them to a household member

Im thinking about applying for Chase Business Cash - have a legitimate business, 60k in income. I do heavy spending with Home Depot, Lowe's, and Sams Club. Would it be okay to purchase gift cards for these stores inside Staples for the 5x bonus? Dont want to get into any trouble and was wondering if anyone has seen a shutdown because of it.

At the very least:

I would suggest you buy some actual "office supplies" (ie, anything non-gift-card that Staples / etc sells) on the same purchase as a gift card, so that you end up with an "odd amount" for your total, and so that it's not "as obvious" that you were buying gift cards as constant round $x00 purchases might give off.

Ie, that's the Staples / etc equivalent of "buy some actual groceries along with your gift card" when buying larger gift cards at grocery stores.

Also, don't make this be all of your spend on the card. Intermix some no-gift-cards-at-all purchases in there.

Can you add employee card right after getting the main card activated? I tried to add and I got technical error:It looks like this part of our site isn't working right now.

Please try again later. Thanks for your patience.

I figure I'll have to wait for several days?
