Lucky for me I'm in charge of purchasing all food/supplies for my office and get reimbursed at the end of the month... Usually totaling over 3k per month. Already at 1k amazon spend for the office in 1 order. Gotta love legitimate free 5x points.

If you're a speculator at heart, you can buy AMZN gc and trade them in for BTC at 80% via cardforcoin and coinclub... probably not the most lucrative way to spend $1500 though, unless of course BTC values skyrocket in the near future

Having amazon as a category is useless. you can already get 5x UR points for amazon gc via ink bold at office supply store.

When will Chase tell us the bonus categories for next year? This is pretty useless for me too aside from some Christmas gifts I may buy off Amazon.

While that is true, I find it to be a hassle. It seems much easier to put my credit card info on the Amazon site and just pay for what I need as I buy it.

Also, in the event there is a lightening deal I want, I often don't have time to go to the store to buy the gift card. This is just so much easier IMHO.

I have an old Amazon card from Chase that is a few years old. During the other 3 quarters of the year, I usually just use that for convenience since it gives 3% back. I also have used the 10% bonus from Turbo Tax.

To put this in perspective, I consider my time to be valuable in its own right. The closest office supply store to me closed. I'm not going to go 30 minutes out of my way to save $10. My time is more valuable than that.

You can buy them at staples.com if you have an Ink card. That could net you 8% cash back through the UR portal.

If you have a Discover Card, Homedepot.com I believe qualifies for the 5% this quarter as well.

Also, not everthing sold on amazon.com can be purchased with a giftcard. For example, you cannot buy any type of giftcard.

Can't you just get a ink and buy Amazon cards at staples?
