Transferred few thousands points to SQ tonight, but only 1000 miles was posted. Called Chase, they said they have an issue with transferring points today. Anyone else experience these?

I have the same issue. 136:1 is not a good ratio :-(

Yesterday (Sunday) I tried repeatedly to make a transfer between UR and Hyatt to top off my account. Each time a red error message came up. I forgot to take a screen shot, but there was mucho fine print along the lines of "pointstransfer (or something) system down."

I just completed a successful transfer today - and all 5K appear to have transferred. I hope your missing points show up!

Can anyone advise on which of the options is most "worth it?"

Thanks!

4 Nights at a Hyatt in Phuket

$671.95 All Cash
60,000 All Points (+ fees?)
30,000 Points + $400 (Seems like the least worth it)

Do you transfer right before a flight or for bonuses only usually?

I'd advise that this belongs in the Hyatt forum, since it's really a question about the Hyatt Gold Passport program & has nothing to do with Chase UR transfers per se.

Anyone having any issues with transfer to United not happening instantly? Setup a transfer Sat morning at 1:45am CT and miles have STILL not posted to United.com. It has been over 24 hours and this is causing big problems.

Edit: called Chase and they seem to think it's possible because the transfer was made during United's weekly maintenance on early Sunday morning that it didn't go through instantly and is now queued to go somehow. Crazy....

Is there a way to expedite the transfers to SQ from UR? I have an urgent trip coming tomorrow and the seats are on UA. I am no elite on UA and trying to save the $75.00 close in fee.

Hmm...I can't seem to be able to find where to transfer UR points to airlines after the website redesign.

Suggest reading the Wikipost at the top of this thread. It includes a link to:

Use points > Transfer to Travel Partners > Airlines
That's where it was before I think. But now under Use Points, I only see 3 options

-Explorer & Book Travel
-Shop Gift Cards & Products
-Get Cash Back

I'm seeing what mia sees, at least on the CSP (personal card) side. Business card interface (for Ink Plus in this case) has its own "Point Transfer" heading in the main menu.

I think I figured out why. It must have something to do with my downgraded from CSP to just CS. Cause transfer to miles option is there for my business ink still.

I was beginning to wonder if that was the salient detail absent from the story.

You cannot transfer from Sapphire to other programs. You can transfer from Sapphire to your Ink Bold or Plus card, and then transfer to the other programs.
