Chase Sapphire: Where is the best bonus with the lowest spend?
Title says it all.
I want to get a Sapphire with no foreign exchange fee.
Need a link to the best sign up bonus with a low spend if possible.
Best I have seen lately is 40,000 with $3000 spend in 3 months.
I can do that unless there is something better.
