It's frustratingly hard to find with the new web site. I gave up and looked at an old booking:

Are the rates generally the same as booking with the hotel direct? Interested in booking at Aria but wanted to know if its a good deal before having to sweet talk an agent

Aria is bookable on the website again. If my math is correct it looks like the price given is the standard website rate (no discounts applied) and includes 12% tax and resort fee.

While the room rate may the the same, the LHR benefits can make a big difference.

I booked a night at the Signature at $118 and the LHR benefits were a $100 resort credit and two $20 breakfasts for a one night stay.

2017 Dates Not Available

Does anyone know when contracted dates for 2017 will be available?
I tried to look at some spring break options for March of 2017 and although I could select dates, the website gave me an error. When I contacted Chase and went through the process of being verified, I was told after an extended hold that 2017 were not released. My only option was to check back from time to time to see if the dates were available.

They updated the web address to www.lhrcollection.com

However, the FAQ says it is for MileagePlus Explorer Cardholders only. I carry the CSP so I am not sure if it will work. The site provides rates and cardmember benefits onscreen

So no other chase cards work? I have Disney, IHG and Hyatt?

The website works with my CSP. As you are looking at hotels and go to make a booking it prompts you for the first 6 digits of your Chase card to see if it qualifies to get the promotions.

Does anyone one know when booking on the Chase site if the rate includes taxes? I just made a booking but it didn't specify if the rate shown was inclusive of taxes, the overall rate was higher than on other booking sites. I couldn't tell if it was due to taxes or not.

Yeah neither 3 of my cards worked or would allow me to book.

Do you get a points credit with the hotel program (specifically, Hyatt) if you use the LHR website? I saw a DP on this thread that you do but since there has been a change, I wanted to check if someone has a recent experience.

LHRC perks

When researching Sapphire Reserve, I came to realize the LHRC website has been updated and the supplier is actually a Signature Travel Network travel agent.

Previously, I was under impression that this program was a rip-off as the rates were always higher than BAR. However, today, i realize that it is probably because it quotes the final amount including taxes, resort fees, etc. So it looks like they are actually the same as BAR. My bad - haven't taken advantage of this program for years, even though I have used a travel agent that is in Signature Travel Network several times. I also did a few searches for oversea hotels, the quotes were slightly higher (just a few dollars) than VisaSignatureHotels.com, and I think it is due to their currency exchange rates. LHRC doesn't show breakdown or local currency, which is not very convenient. VisaSignatureHotels is much better in this regard.

So the bottom line is that I will start using Chase LHRC alongside with Amex FHR, Citi Prestige Concierge (Ensemble Travel Group perks), and Visa Signature Luxury Hotel Collection (available to any U.S. issued Visa Signature cards).

Lastly, Chase never published which Chase cards are eligible for LHRC. This is what I found based on my trails (you have to input the first 6 digits of your credit card number, as mentioned a few times in this thread):

Eligible: Sapphire Preferred, United MP Explorer, Fairmont Visa, Ritz-Carlton Visa

Ineligible: Hyatt Visa, IHG Rewards MC,

As it is suggested Chase uses a Signature Travel Network agent, you should receive points and elite perks of a hotel program.
