You'll receive a 7% Annual Points Dividend on all new points earned on purchases made with your Chase Sapphire Preferred card during the previous year. ("Year" means, for your first year as a cardmember, the period beginning with your Enrollment Date through your billing cycle with a December closing date of that same year. For each year thereafter, "Year" means the twelve billing cycle period beginning the day after your billing cycle with a December closing date through your billing cycle with a December closing date of the next year.) Your 7% Annual Points Dividend will appear on your January or February billing statement. You will not earn the 7% Annual Points Dividend on new account bonus points, previous Annual Points Dividends awarded, or points transferred into your account. There is no maximum number of points that you can accumulate in the program. Bonus/Promotional offers may have a maximum accumulation. See Rewards Program Rules and Regulations which will be mailed after your account is established.
Even though the terms specify that the 7% Dividend will be awarded on the January or February statement, this has been pushed forward to March in 2014 for some accounts. See discussion beginning at post 206.

Mine will post in the March statement, but I SM'd Chase last week asking why it didn't show in Feb statement like last year. Chase apologized for delay and said I have about 7000 UR coming in.

Since we are in March 2014, and no 7% UR bonus points posted in Feb. 2014 for my CSP, is it better to call Chase to inquire or send a secure message?

I was told that mine would post when my CSP closes in March. For me, that's March 4, so almost there.

My bonus points posted yesterday.

However, I've only received 1030 points, means no points on the 40,000 sign-up bonus. WTH

Were you expecting 7% on sign up bonus? I think that is excluded and not sure if anyone ever got that

It was included for most people last year (myself included). Chase then changed the CSP T&Cs to explicitly exclude the sign-up bonus, and they seem to have held true to their word.

I was one of those who got the 7% on signup bonus last year. Now onto my 2nd year with CSP and 4000 bonus posted on 60k spending this year.
