Okay... here's mine:
I was approved on 21st, got the card on the 24th, first purchase on the 26th.
Just got off the phone with CS who says, "to get the 80,000 points you must spend $1000 in the first 103 days."
Have $300-ish on this card and will hold it there until the statement closing date just to see where it all lands. 1k's not the problem... but if they're saying 1k and paying on first purchase, that'd be good to know too.

I am assuming you are referring to the first billing statement.
Yup. I have Chase bank account and was able to see the activity before the first statement. The points were awarded. I spent like almost $40 on gas and groceries.

Is everyone still applying from the link on the first post? I'm assuming its 80k with $1k spend, but when I look on the priority club website it says 60k. So just wanted to be sure.
Also, is the first year still waived?

first post! I applied on 12/16 and got instant approval; when I called, the $1k minimum was confirmed. I did NOT receive the bonus yet even though I had 1st statement already billed (~$200) and thus will make up the $1k for the next cycle.
My priority club status has not been updated to platinum-- it says 6-8 weeks on the emails, but is this usual for the status to take so long? Thanks!

Problems applying
My husband just tried applying via the OP link and Chase didn't receive the application. They told him to try a second time and immediately call them. Again, they didn't get the application. Chase said they have a been having a problem with online applications all week (the problem started this week) and they will get back to him in a couple of days.

I applied using the link on the first page on 1/11/13. Received instant approval. Called and confirmed that the sign up bonus was 80k after 1k spend. CSR said they would rush the card out to me within two days.
