FWIW, this does happen on occasion with partners. We had an issue last year where Marriott took ~10 days after statement close to show the relevant points. I haven't seen it happen with IHG, but it looks like that's what's going on in your case.

The wiki is correct, so it sounds like there is a problem on the IHG end. Points on statement almost certainly means Chase sent the points over. Have you contacted IHG?

first answer: It takes 6-8 weeks. person had decent English skills.
second answer: always on the 27th of the month. sub par English skills.
I will give it another shot. I want to make a reservation ASAP before prices change.

When do I SM Chase about bumping to the 80k offer? Now, or after I get the card and activate it? Approved earlier today for the 70k offer.

Chase CSR told me the same thing about my British Air sign up bonus. "Its already been sent on posting of statement" and then strangely "it will take 6 to 8 weeks to appear on your BA statement". Lost in space for up to 8 weeks?

Got 2 different accounts matched to the 80k offer after meeting the minimum spend and accounts being opened for ~ 25 days.
