Sometimes you get lucky... Signed up for biz card with current MR number. Chase messed up applying the MR number to the account. After the first statement hits and the accrued points do not appear, I call to merge accounts. Once the 73,000 points transfer, 15 EQN come along as well - giving me 32 for the year.
I did call (risky, I know) after the second statement asking about the 1EQN for each 3k spent as the biz card was not recording those nights. Apparently it was not linked in the same way (I assume that is why I was lucky with the 15EQNs). The link was processed yielding the extra night without dropping the 15 nights.

Getting an offer on my Marriott.com "Account Overview" page that is nearly identical to the old offer for a personal card.
70k points, $85 annual fee waived the first year, Cat 1-5 on anniversary, but no Cat 1-4 immediately upon approval.
Question is whether the $85 annual fee is worth the extra 10k points for the 80k point offer or if the 70k, no annual fee is a better move even without the Cat 1-4.
I'm about 78k short of a 5 night stay at the RC Bali so trying to decide which way to go

In my last Marriott statement it said that my annual fee will be billed on 11/1/15. I opened my account last year on 9/29, when should I expect to see the annual free Cat 1-5 night in my account? Will there be a notification or do I have to dig through the Marriott website to find it?

applied under 80k offer, approved, but...
i applied for the Marriott Premier Visa card under the 80k offer. didn't get approved instantly but just received a letter saying i will receive the new card in 10 days.
however, only *after* i applied did i realize that it was less than two years since i received the previous sign up bonus from Marriott Visa card. (I cancelled it after one year.)
so my question is, does the approval means i will get the 80k offer? how do I find out?
thanks!

My wife got blessed. Had both the personal and biz cards this year, 15 nights on each. Plus the Canadian, another 20. All 3 posted and are now cancelled after the AF hit. But...she hit Gold b/c of the 50 nights--without even one stay, except for the free night credits! Shhhh...

I received a promo for: 70k points per 3k spend + 7500 points for adding an AU. No AF. Pretty nice!

Any updated links on the 70k offer? I am a Marriott Elite but I can't access the 70k link^

I'm in the same situation. When I click on the "Learn More and Apply" link, the application page says the offer is not currently available. I am Marriott gold but this is through the Ritz Carlton card, not stays.

How long after statement close does it usually take for points to post? Mine closed 10/6 and Chase account shows 73500 points transferred to MR but they have yet to land in my MR account (and I double checked to make sure the right number was on CC and it was)
