Hello everyone.
I'm trying to sign up for the great BA Visa offer, but sadly over the last couple of days have only gotten a "server error" when I click on "apply now" from this link.

Might anyone have the same problem or better yet might anyone know how to still apply for the card?
Thanking you in advance.

Unlike most of you, I did not get the initial 50K in my first statement. First two secure emails to Chase resulted in curt "please wait 6-8 weeks" replies. First call to Chase resulted in the rep saying I needed to talk to BA, not Chase. We know that's not true and I told her. She seemed flummoxed.
One more secure email to Chase. Reply said my first purchase was too close to my statement closing date, so there was not time to get the 50K. But I will get them next statement.
I'm not sure how others can avoid this, not sure how closing date is determined. I imagine those who got miles right away luckily had a longer first month than me.

Anyone having trouble accessing their account online? It says it's a bussiness account, and when I try to create a bussiness profile, it keeps telling me it's a bussiness account.

So, you will get your 100.000 miles and they waived your $75 annual fee. Good for you!
What exactly does this mean, "In addition, please be advised that if the full terms and conditions of the account are not completed, we reserve the right to remove any bonus miles you have received."?

I sent an e-mail to waive the annual fee and here is the response I got:
"I have removed the annual fee from your account under the
first year annual fee waiver program and only as a
courtesy. However, this is a valid fee and will not be
removed in the future. In addition, please be advised that
if the full terms and conditions of the account are not
completed, we reserve the right to remove any bonus miles
you have received.
The first year annual fee waiver was a one time offer and
is no longer part of any enrollment incentive. Please
disregard any information you may receive on any non Chase
Internet site or that you may receive from friends as the
terms and conditions that were associated with your
application are the valid terms for your specific account.
If you have any further questions, please reply using the
Secure Message Center."
At least it was taken off but she seemed a little perturbed to say the least.

I would guess something like buying $2K worth of stuff, waiting for miles to post, then refunding and closing your account will trigger removal of the miles or bill for cost of 100K miles if you've already spent them.

Got our cards a few weeks ago, made $2000 in purchases on each, and the miles have already posted to both accounts, plus the purchase amounts. We have 205K miles in our household account.
