Question Costa Rica itin review for a family?

Hello travelers,
We have 10 days of actual trip (travel days extra).
Landing in SJO.
I was thinking:
1. Poas + La Paz Waterfall Gardens (but since it's a bit expensive, I'm wondering if it's not redundant considering we'd like to visit Arenal and Monteverde areas), sleep in Arenal area
2+3 Arenal area
4+5 drive to and visit Monteverde
6+7 drive to and visit Nicoya peninsula for some beach activities
8+9+10 drive to and visit Manuel Antonio, last part of day 10 is drive back to SJO area

Comments? things I'm missing or should remove?

You could just visit Poas volcano on the morning and head to Arenal after, that way you can have an extra day in the Nicoya peninsula, many beaches there.

Your plan looks very good.

Lovely Idea

I like the idea of visiting both volcanoes on the same day. I am in Manuel Antonio right now. Just ate on the beach at Restaurante Balu. It's right on the beach. My dad and I jumped in the bath-water warm ocean while they were grilling our mahi fish dinner-$10. They (Balu) also rent paddle boards by the hour and surf boards or lessons. Emilio's cafe is a reasonably-priced cafe with the most outrageous view of Manuel Antonio's beach and bay.
