I was sitting in row 49 on a flight from HKG to SFO. They served meals from carts going from the front and from the back, and 49 was the last row served. They ran out of the meals listed on the menu, but offered some other choices. The hot parts of meals came in larger ceramic dishes than the usual economy class meals (business class meal?). The one that I got was fish, vegetables, and rice; the other choice was some lamb dish.
