seems to be from CX 1st in the early 90's...

yes when they first installed the PTV in their First Class bu that time only first class has PTV

I've had one for years, somewhere. Be aware that there are no actual cabin pictures, but rather paintings/drawings of the different amenities. It is a "short" read, too - maybe 10 pages?
