Web - Manage Booking - Broken?
Is anyone else having problems managing their booking on the desktop site?
For a few weeks now, it just indefinitely sits on the "We are retrieving your booking details…" splash. I've tried multiple browsers, and multiple PC's. My booking loads fine on mobile though.
My six-flight (revenue) itinerary isn't until January/February 2023 but between this, and the cancelation/downgrade threads - my confidence is a little shaken.

Are you a member or not? I believe AMEX uses Sabre. Are you putting in the Sabre record locator or the Amadeus one used by CX? FYI, I uses MS Edge.

Not a member on this booking, booking is tied to my AS membership instead. I am using the Amadeus locator, yes (again, works on mobile, so I know it's correct). I have tried Chrome/Firefox/Edge/IE on two different computers without luck. Strange.
