BKK Transit
And this is the info brochure from the Thai CAAT:
Of course, TiT, so things may have changed, without the info sources being updated.

And, yep, the rules are continuously changing at BKK. Just as these do at any other major/transit airport in Asia, at the moment.
The major issue with BKK is, though, that the rules aren't properly communicated (probably also because of all the different parties in charge and not agreeing, etc).
The best source would be the airlines' website. Especially SQ and LH do a good job getting things clearly written on their websites, though sometime somewhat leaning towards the "safe for the airline side". Still useful, even when you fly another carrier.
IATA does also have a passenger oriented website, though the info there is unfortunately also out of date:
IATA Travel Center.

Maybe just refrain from posting this type of house-wife gossip level statements, unless you provide proper references to publications/sources around these subjects, with your postings.

"Many insurance companies are facing losses from Covid-19 claims from local cases and are unsure about offering policies to foreign tourists, particularly in terms of reimbursement based on possible scenarios, he said."
Or so to say, the LOCAL Covid-19 infections/costs did deplete the insurance companies. Else where it is stated, the incoming infections are only at a 4% rate, but because of the depleted financial resources due to the local cases, insurance companies don't want to insure the incoming guests.

The aforementioned Bill Wong is also the founder of GBA, with serious mainland China political and business connections. Most Hong Kong people will have heard of him as he is the man in question that indirectly landed Donald Tsang in jail... not exactly the type of guy you want to get in business with or be a customer of, in my opinion.

"Donald Tsang, the city’s leader from 2005 to 2012 was found guilty of misconduct in public office in 2017 over an undeclared deal with businessman Bill Wong Cho-bau concerning a luxury penthouse in Shenzhen, which prosecutors said placed him in a conflict of interest."
