It would be really nice for somebody from Cathay Pacific PR to make some sort of statement here. This is a dire subject I dare say their marketing department wont be taking any comfort from reading or having perpetuated. They need to address this one way or another; if not for simple respect to some of their most loyal customers on this forum.

If I owned a business and read in one of the worlds most prominent FF forums that my loyal customers were contemplating "jumping ship" I'd think I'd say something. As to what the content may be is probably not as important as acknowledgement and reassurance. Confidence levels in CX are clearly at an all time low and heading south as each day passes.....scroll up!

Whatever they said ought to be true. So would you like to suggest something that CX could in theory say at the present time that would simultaneously be both accurate and reassuring?
