CX charter flights from MFM?

Just had a read on Routes Online and the following charter services are published:

Hyderabad – Macau
CX8646 HYD0710 – 1415MFM 333 11FEB20
CX8678 HYD0840 – 1555MFM 333 11FEB20

CX8649 MFM2120 – 0110+1HYD 333 13FEB20
CX8677 MFM2340 – 0335+1HYD 333 13FEB20

Singapore – Macau
CX8636 SIN0800 – 1200MFM 773 11FEB20
CX8714 SIN0840 – 1240MFM 773 11FEB20

CX8635 MFM1710 – 2120SIN 773 13FEB20
CX8715 MFM2010 – 0020+1SIN 773 13FEB20

Speculations? Would these flights be open to the public for booking?

I don't think CX have the traffic right between India / Singapore to Macau, so it should be a one-off private charter, especially consider the short period of time between departure and only one-way has been loaded. They probably ferry a flight to do it as well.

My wild guess is that some Finance or IT company (reading from India / Singapore and on the exact same day) decide to move some internal event from HK to MFM due to recent unrest, which would have spread across the normal schedule if it is in HK, then change to MFM to run the event so CX offer to run a charter for them instead.

make sense. Since they need to get the crew and frame back to base, might as well sell the flight. If they sell J I will ticket immediately. Whole day J almost zeroed out.

Those seats, as you see, are blocked. Given the "special" nature of this flight and the likely low load, it's hard to say whether CX will actually open us those J seats or will just put everyone in Y.

Just tweeted with CX and confirmed J will not be sold for “operational” reasons.

Just tried to recheck seatmaps on EF and seems like the flight is not longer operating for passengers. I guess the 4 flights will be flown back empty
