Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if MPC still offers the option of Status Holidays/Temporary Freeze?
I was thinking of mostly flying *A to achieve *A Gold next year instead of flying OW, but would love to keep my MPC status in case *A doesn't turn out to be very good...

Silly question..
Say my membership year is from 01jan to 31dec.
Can i say use the benefits for say 10 months, then call in for this membership holiday thing for the last 2 months. When the new year starts, i maintain my original status.
is the above correct?

My reading is that you will get your original status back on 1 January but for only 2 months.
