Travel on Business Class* when you book these Premium Economy Class fares

I am booked on a flight in Premium economy BKK-HKG-ORD in B class BKK-HKG and R HKG-ORD. How does the upgrade from economy to business work on this route? Do I have to call and request the upgrade?

For travel departing Bangkok
Fly in superior comfort when you book these Premium Economy fares to Europe, the United States and Canada, and enjoy an upgrade to Business Class*. Offer ends 30 November 2019.

* Passengers will travel Business Class on the Thailand to Hong Kong and Hong Kong to Thailand sectors only

Usually these offers apply to new bookings. You will automatically be booked in I for the BKK-HKG-BKK. It should no apply to old booking made in PE.

If you want to know whether or not you qualify, you should call CX.
