In Transit in HKG - where to try using points to upgrade

Hello everyone!

I've done the point upgrade at the check in counter, but for flights that use HKG as a transit (10 hour transit), is there somewhere in the airport to do the upgrade without going through immigration? (Or can you try this at the original check in).

For reference: AU (8 hour flight) -> HKG (10 hour transit) -> BOS.

Either the transit desk or the lounges.

Ah thank you so much. I doubt I'll be able to use points, but worth a shot. Would seem the flight is fully booked to Boston tomorrow I do normally go to Pier F which probably should have the same thing I'd imagine. (I should try the other first class lounge sometime no idea - creature of habit perhaps).
