Those are various fare classes for tickets, W is highest premium economy fare class, Y is highest economy fare class.
Full fare availability for this flight is - J4 C4 D3 I3 U W3 R2 E1 T0 Y0 B0 H0 K0 M0 L0 V0 S0 N0 Q0 O0
J, C, D, I are all business class fare classes. W, R, E are premium economy. The rest are economy fare classes.
The bad news is that this flight is already heavily booked so chance of getting a redemption business class ticket confirmed is probably low. Economy is probably oversold and Premium economy is almost sold out, only 3 tickets available. So CX would likely rather give any available business class seats to paying customers in premium economy. It's all speculative but your chance is not very good. It's a heavy travel period after the holidays, students going to back university, etc.
If you really want to fly CX business class to IAD on that date, you'd have a better chance of buying one of the 2 R class tickets available then waitlisting for an upgrade redemption. But there's a very good chance you might not get the upgrade confirmed. It's possible that business class could sell out before departure.
In general the time between Jan 1 and Lunar New Year is not a great time for redemptions due to heavy travel between HK and North America with weekend departures being the worst. +-2 days shows a similar picture.
