I unfortunately didn't get a chance to write down the other menu selections, but here are the ones that I did order.

Dinner

Appetizer: Roasted chicken, pumpkin, quinoa, orange and red apple salad.
Main: Prawns with salted egg yolk sauce, steamed jasmine rice, choy sum, lily bulbs and baby corns.
Dessert: Black sesame chocolate and ginger milk pudding with candied orange zest
