Anybody knows why CX105 HKG-MEL have almost 3 hours delayed ETA Sept 29th??

Anybody knows why CX105 HKG-MEL have almost 3 hours delayed ETA Sept 29th??
It had a 1.5hr delayed departure, but only arrived 1 hr late on Sept 28th yesterday.

Today it has a 1hr delayed departure, but the ETA is at 13:55pm, versus 11:10am - almost 3hr delayed arrival?

Why so much delayed arrival while the departure only delayed an hour?

Never mind. It did not depart until 3:33am, 3.5 hrs delayed departure. Yikes!

How to find out the cause of the delayed departure? mechanical or crew related (i.e. cannot find the captain, happened once on my HKG-LAX flight!)

I was on the flight.

Mechanical snag, nothing too out of the blue.

Thanks for posting.

The inbound flight on CX105 tends to be from either Singapore or Bangkok but last night it was from SGN. It seems to always have 10 to 30 min delays, with a 60% on time record. SIGH.
