Asia Miles on Air China sold ticket

I flying on a Cathay Pacific operated flight, sold by Air China, will I be able to get Asia Miles or Avios? thanks

CA is Star Alliance if I'm correct so I wouldn't think you'd get AM. That being said I'm surprised CX offers codeshares on the flight, I've seen a couple myself, they offer either KA or CA which is weird.

If you mean it is marketed by CA (CAxxxx operated by CX), then yes for Asia Miles (if you booked in an eligible class listed at https://www.asiamiles.com/en/earn-mi...html/air-china), no for Avios.

If you mean the ticket is issued by CA on its 999 plate, but you booked the CX prime flight code (CXxxx on your ticket), then it is just like a normal CX flight.
