Premium Award Availability from London
I am looking for seats on Cathy Pacific from LHR to HK and noticed nothing is available for the next three weeks
I am looking for F availability, I can find BA availability for almost every day for at least one of their two daily flights, I can not find any seats for Cathay even though they have such a high frequency on this route (4/5 flights a day)
Are reward seats being blocked or are loads very high?

I can see F availability on 21 and 25 June from AM website. Are you trying to book with Avios? As far as I know Avios availability (online) for CX flight between LHR and HKG disappeared overnight from 7th June. No flight in any classes even in next year. I've checked some other routes and they seems to be normal. Did you phone in BAEC to check the availability?

Bear in mind that BAEC is known to selectively limit some CX award space, depending on where your account is registered in. Also, the BA website won't display CX space within 5(?) days of departure.

since when does the BA website not display CX availability within 5 days of departure? A few weeks ago I found availability to fly F from Lhr for the same day and the following day....

I’m seeing that exact same 5 day issue. Was just about to book a HKG-TPE reward flight for this weekend using BAEC, but nothing until 5 days away.
Waited one day just to check, and an entire day’s availability disappeared overnight.
So so I assume it’s use Asia Miles / Qantas type sites to check availability within 5 days and just ring BAEC?
