He/she has read that you can bypass T5 security by going intoT3 and then taking the bus. Which is silly. T5 is OK. And with F, if you ask, CX escorts you past the line.

Earlier in this thread, it was recommended to use the security lane at T3, use the AA lounge, and then take shuttle bus to T5 - to avoid the queues at T5 and the awful CX lounge.
