New DM Perks?

I just checked in at the First Class counter at HKG as a Diamond member. Unexpected to me, they issued me a free voucher for the golf cart shuttle to the Pier First Class Lounge and access to the courtesy security channel (I was the only one in line). When I asked the check-in agent, she mentioned DM members now have these additional benefits at HKG. Anyone else experienced these new perks? Or have these always been there and I was just never offered them in the past?

The courtesy channel perk has been announced by email just a few days ago. The golf cart has always been a thing if you depart from gates far away, I guess...

Use of courtesy channel as early as in the week of 21/5 (I flew on 23/5 and was told that they just started offering that few days ago). But not much people in the normal channels so didn't use that. Buggy, as usual, needs to wait for 10 mins so I just take the ATM as usual

Courtesy channel can take guest but buggy as usual is for one person only. Also, the buggy can take you to anywhere you can go in T1 as you like

Got the courtesy channel on Thursday. Not much use as I use the concierge service from WFS as well. Maybe that channel will be as overcrowded as the Wing lounge soon :)

Buggy is always offered to DM with a far-away gate. Courtesy Channel is new, but if you see a couple of families before you, especially with babies, probably faster in the normal channel.
