Given the Hongkie A-shoulder management CX currently has CX will definitely leave this to ISM and BCs to sort out on the spot unless some (probably non-HK) regulators step in.

Until then let the Air Rage and Occupy cases continue.

As a card jing I analogise it similar to Dynamic Currency Conversion:

- forced on you by suppliers setting a new low in service
- best avoided by active management
- sometimes unavoidable when you're trying to fly on Christmas Day (my next 787) (I treat all non-JL 787 the same as 777 10-abreast)

Flew B-HNW yesterday in Y. Noticed that row 42ABC have a lot more legroom than other rows. Even 42DEFG have narrower legroom as the lady seating there have her knees against the back of the seat in front. While I still can fit my fist loosely between my knees and the seat in front. I’m 5’10”, and the lady is definitely shorter than me.

So that’s why. Didn’t notice the row 53 in the seat diagram at first. So all middle seats have narrow legrooms!?

"Discrimination To Plus Size Passenger On Air"

These problems are coming thick and fast in winter holiday travel period.

In the comments I pointed out to Owen he met both legs of AA's Person Of Size policy (post #246 above) - he should consider buying a second seat even if CX didn't make him.
