I'd like to know this as well. Does a supplementary card holder have their own $100k limit for their chosen RHR category?

Ccb 939 15/12-14/3

Page up China Construction Bank (Asia) ? Credit Card ? CCB (Asia) Credit Card Winter Rewards Program
Selected customers only - call 37247939 - enter your credit card number - check your spending requirement
if you are not selected, you will hear 'you are not selected'

WARNING: online registration system will let even non-selected CCB customers register
I have two cases (amd950 being among them) succeeding in online registration without being actually being selected.

---

If $5,000 target
Basic:
$12,800
Get: 12,800+75,000 = 87,800pts = 5,853.33AM
$2.19/AM*

Overseas (ITC)/dining (Tiramisu and Tastie)
$12,800
12,800x3+75,000 = 113,400pts = 7,560AM
$1.69/AM

3x10x (online, Apple Pay, overseas on ITC (Plat V/M cards))#
$10,300
10,300 + 75,000 = 85,300pts = 5,686.66AM
$1.81/AM*

Tiramisu/Tastie on Apple Pay
$10,300
10,300x3 + 75,000 = 105,900pts = 7,060
$1.46/AM

eye HKD online/paywave/Apple Pay
$12,800
12,800x5+75,000 = 139,000pts = 9,266.66AM
$1.38/AM

eye overseas online
$12,800
$12,800x7+75,000 = 164,600pts = 10,973.33AM
$1.17/AM

*these rates apply on Visa Infinite/Unionpay Prestige at 87.5% bonus (AM conversion is /8 instead of /15). So divide these rates by 1.875 for VI/Prestige rates. Hence with VI/Prestige online or overseas, you get $0.966/AM

#CCB 939 onlineffline balancing formula

y=online
z=offline

(Assuming 5,000 target) 75,000 = 10,000 + (y-5,000)x8.39 + 2y
106,950 = 10.39y
y=$10,293.55 (stated as $10,300)

Expand to include offline spending z: 75,000 = 10,000 + [(y+z)-5,000]x8.39 + 2y
106,950 = 10.39y + 8.39z

When you know z, solve for y. Or vice versa.
Note: y+z must be rounded up to nearest 100

Happened to me recently. Had the card reissued and the new card (new number, not even received yet and so definitely not activated yet) was charged again! All Netflix at diff regions.
I didn't even get the new card yet and the package eventually came unopened, so likely a compromised system on their end. Told them to freeze the account and investigate, and I won't reopen until they get back to me. It's been a week and no response...
Filed a complaint to the HKMA on Friday, should get the ball moving... This is a really serious issue if their system is the one which is leaking our CC info...

Need to wait 30 days. Google Bank Contact Person under hkma.gov.hk. HKMA will simply refer the complaint to Citi and the Citi might even drag things out by referring internally to its credit card dept (2x 30 days)

I called the hotline 37247939 and successfully registered with a reference number. However I did not hear about spending requirement. Am I still selected?

Another thing that I observed is that recently I need a Hong Kong IP to even be able to log in. In August it was still possible to log in but not to transfer funds into oepay from Octopus with an overseas IP.

I know Vietnam is routinely banned. I use Turbo VPN on my phone - Singapore is usually sufficient (I think I used Netherlands once as well).

OK called CS to confirm already.

Percysmith - So the ceiling is $12800 per phase for Local (Paywave/Online/Apple Pay). For Overseas transacitons, can this be Online or non-Paywave?

Assuming non-VI/Prestige
Max spend $12,800
Since Instant Travel Club and 3x10x are mutually exclusive and ITC has priority, it doesn't matter whether the overseas spending is online/non-paywave (as compared to card-present/mail order)
