Wanchai Ferry cocktail
Our man S doesn't quite have the ingredients @ the Wing J bar...and PP switching to fresh Kiwi juice instead of concentrate has, perversely, made the Wanchai Ferry lose its colour...but when S tries, he makes a mean tasting cocktail!

Wanchai ferry (the brand) is famous for their dumplings that can be bought in nearly every HK supermarket... when I saw the thread, I thought they were starting to make cocktails out of dumplings now... Did not know they had a cocktail of that name.. lol...
