CX will not be retrofitting 777s with the same seats as A350s, however they will be adding leg rests to the existing seats:

Hi Learned Ones:
Could someone point me to information on how to get the leg rest to extend on 30D PEY seat? Flew in 30D ORD-HKG but was told by crew that it did not extend. I am flying HKG-ORD on 25 November in 30D. It would be a truly great thing to get that metal footrest to extend so I can sleep better. I was in the same seat on the 350 HKG - MNL and the new easy-to-extend footrest made all the difference in the world wrt comfort.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry, not sure if there is a way to tell. My favorite seat on the 77H in PEY is 32K, right behind the lavatory. 31 A/C are not technically bulkhead, but exit row. There is lots of leg room, but without the bulkhead wall to put my feet against, I find the older leg rest to not be very comfortable for a 12+ hour flight. One of my colleagues brings a portable camping stool to use as a footrest. Row 30 would be great if not for the passengers cutting across to use the lavatory.

do the number of row in economy strink? i thought the retrofit aircraft has 2 more inches in PE, so does it reduce in Y ?
thanks

No, the number of rows in Y remains the same (or else there'd be an easy-ish way to spot an aircraft with retrofitted PEY). They gain the extra 2 inches of legroom for non-bulkhead seats by taking away 6-8 inches from the bulkhead seats.

Just took CX807 on B-KPX (77H) a few days ago. I believe it has been retrofitted and it was a much better seat compared to the Y+ I took last year on another 77H.

We keep the info in our fleet guide. You can find it linked in the FAQ, in the thread "Cathay Pacific Fleet Information", and directly here: https://goo.gl/YPyOtX
