Citi Prestige it is for me. It is HK$6=1, but you can take advantage of those 30% transfer bonus from time to time.

To use Wechat HK wallet, your account must be linked to HK number.

Assuming your WeChat is linked to an HK number, if I recall correctly I had to add my HKID and then add one credit card in order to enable transfers and withdrawals

Now, when I try to transfer money it appears to be asking for the 3D Secure screen (Citi Prestige), but it doesn't come up and the bank will decline the transaction as a result.. Has anyone else had this problem?
