Sorry I didn't make myself clear in my original email. If I redeem the tickets via CX and pay tax and charges using Premier Miles. Am I still entitle to Travel Insurance? From the T&C, it looks like you have to redeem the tickets from Citi...am I reading this correctly?

You have to redeem the tickets with Citi (to pay for the YQ), not from Citi (as in Thankyou travel rewards)
