There is no "exact date" at this stage - if CX had advised of such at the media preview it'd certainly be in the article - and given that some here had confidently said "Friday 20th" when CX had not announced or confirmed same, I'd be cautious of any new opening dates bubbling up at this stage. Am sure that by end of this month well know for sure - CX might even be confident enough to open it early.

How far away (in terms of years) is the new terminal going to be? (the one with the new runway).
With all these nice lounges that they are building and maintaining, is CX staying put at the current terminal? Or will these lounges have lived out their use by the time the new terminal is built?

2023 is the projected completion date, although the project is already seeing some delays. The new terminal will be part of T2, and I would suspect CX will be staying put in T1 and other airlines will be pushed out there.
