I'm pretty sure it's Krug for HKG-NA/Europe and Deutz for HKG-everywhere else, and it hasn't changed.

Update 2/16 – Krug is still being poured in F.

I just flew LAX-HKG and it was there. Sorry for the confusion.

macabus I concur, flew CX830 HKG-JFK in F yesterday and Krug was being poured, quite frequently...

Yes. I have been flying this route regularly since 2006 and have never had Krug, even back when they had predictable F cabins with F service.
