Does anyone know if CX will officially end first class to BKK?
According to EF, seems like all BKK flights will be operating with A330 from 1 November 2018....

To those of you who wonder if F is permanently gone on the TPE route, just FYI there are still occasional flights that offer F in the coming week. I just did a random search.
05SEP: CX494/495
06SEP: CX494/495
08SEP: CX430 (suspect this one is going to be repaired at TPE or going through something that takes time)
09SEP: Return as CX421 then CX470/
10SEP: /CX471

Cool, but given CX blocked redemptions with Avios earlier than a week (or even more) before a flight, it's really risky to book these, equipment may be changed. (I guess no one would want to book F to TPE with cash :D )

CX doesn't block BA awards a week before. It's the other way around -- BA hides CX space from its website about a week out but you can still book by phone if it's available.

Hmm, this sounds strange, but thanks, will try if needed.

BKK: every Saturday 1650 HKG departure will be 77W with F class.
ICN: irregular days and departures, usually Thursdays or Fridays
TPE: irregular days and departures, twice a week (most days with KA 333)

All are available till Dec 31 and redeemable through AM

I've been noticing that CGK has been getting 77W flights with F irregularly (once more)

Anyone notice if HKG-NRT has F again? seems to be a winter rotation the last year or 2.

Might want to edit the wiki that FRA only has F service on CX288/289, but not on CX282/283 from March 2019. Might be relevant to anyone thinking to upgrade.

Do you see any reason to choose NRT over HND though?

Looks like BKK is gone for now. Can't find *any* service for the full schedule as of today. Which sucks, because I was really looking forward to booking an award. :(

Seems ICN gone too after 3/3...
BKK no more F since March...
TPE has irregular F departures every week till April, while KHH has F every day in S19... Just crazy...

Hope CX puts the F on the inventory for BKK/ICN asap...

BKK still seems to have a single weekly frequency with F on Sundays (CX701/CX704).

CX 382 and CX 383 (to and from ZRH) appear to be operated by an A350-1000 (in other words, without F) now and until the end of the schedule?
I don't mean to appear to know much about the permanence (or not) of operations, but in case I am not mistaken here, I am slightly curious about where the extra aircraft with F went (perhaps something to do with that ongoing densification of Y?), since ZRH is a longhaul destination.

There's a discussion or two on this somewhere else, but I'll repeat it here. A) ZRH doesn't have F anymore, a long-planned downgrade which is permanent as far as we know, B) ZRH consistently and probably counterintuitively had some of the lowest F loading across the network, and C) CX is returning 5 of their 53 77Ws to lessors. The first one or two returns have already occurred. The birds getting returned are all F equipped so the F fleet will go from 33 to 28. (And total fleet from 53 to 48).
