AmEx $200 off $2000 on CX + Forex Fee for trips originating outside US?
Hello.
The AmEx card I used to register for this promotion does have foreign transaction fee.
I reside in the US. If I use this card for booking MAA-EWR-MAA for my parents, will AMEX charge a foreign transaction fee ?
Second question, will such a reservation qualify for this $200 off $2000 promotion, since CX automatically quotes the price in Indian Rupee?
